Champagne reception and silent auction, followed by dinner and live auction. Reservations required 

Where should I park? Parking is available at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center

Safeway Providence Festival of Trees would like to give special thanks and recognition to our Providence Seaside Hospital volunteers. Their participation is very important to the success of this event as an annual tradition in Seaside that is created by many, supported by the community and enjoyed by all. As a volunteer for Providence Festival of Trees, you will be joining other dedicated community members to bring the festival to life.

Volunteer Needs:

Site Preparation and Decoration - Tuesday - Friday Dec. 2 - Dec. 5
Set up the event, load and unload supplies, unpack boxes and categorize supplies. Help decorate the venue and assist with displays.

Community Open House - Saturday, Dec. 6
Greet the public, install centerpieces, serve as tree guards and hosts, staff the refreshment table, and help at the Santa photo booth.

Gala Dinner and Auction - Saturday, Dec. 6
Greet the public, assist with check-in and check-out, help guests with coat check, usher, and serve as auction recorders and spotters.

Tree Delivery - Sunday, Dec. 7
Help wrap trees for delivery, transport trees to winning bidders, and assist with site cleanup.
