Safeway Providence Festival of Trees Gala Dinner and Auction
When and where is the annual Festival of Trees gala?
The Festival of Trees gala begins at 5:30 pm on Saturday, December 2nd at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center (415 First Ave., Seaside, OR 97138).
Champagne reception and silent auction, followed by dinner and live auction. Reservations required.
Where should I park?
Parking is available at the Seaside Civic and Convention Center.

Safeway Providence Festival of Trees would like to give special thanks and recognition to our Providence Seaside Hospital volunteers. Their participation is very important to the success of this event as an annual tradition in Seaside that is created by many, supported by the community and enjoyed by all. As a volunteer for Providence Festival of Trees, you will be joining other dedicated community members to bring the festival to life.

Site Preparation and Decoration
Tuesday - Friday Nov 28 - Dec. 3
Set up the event, load and unload supplies, unpack boxes and categorize supplies. Help decorate the venue and assist with displays.
Community Open House
Saturday, Dec. 2
Greet the public, install centerpieces, serve as tree guards and hosts, staff the refreshment table, and help at the Santa photo booth.
Gala Dinner and Auction
Saturday, Dec. 2
Greet the public, assist with check-in and check-out, help guests with coat check, usher, and serve as auction recorders and spotters.
Sunday, Dec. 3
Help wrap trees for delivery, transport trees to winning bidders, and assist with site cleanup.
